Last month on Fox News' Your World with Neil Cavuto host Cavuto, discussing the federal government's decision to place Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac into conservatorship and the culpability of Congress, said the following to his guest, Rep. Xavier Becerra (D-CA): ""I'm just saying, I don't remember a clarion call that said, 'Fannie and Freddie are a disaster. Loaning to minorities and risky folks is a disaster."
